Iceland

Photographed in June 2026, this collection follows a complete journey around Iceland’s Ring Road - from Reykjavík and the wild interior to the waterfalls, glaciers and black-sand beaches of the South Coast; the quiet fjords and fishing villages of the east; the volcanic landscapes, geothermal fields and powerful waterfalls of the north; and the remote coastlines of the west. Along the way, shifting weather, endless summer light, Icelandic horses, moss-covered lava fields and roads disappearing toward distant mountains reveal an island continually shaped by fire, ice, wind and water.

Iceland is a place where the landscape never seems to stand still. Clouds race across open skies, waterfalls fall from ancient cliffs, glaciers carve their way between volcanoes, and narrow roads stretch toward mountains that appear to belong to another world.

In June 2026, we followed the Ring Road around the entire island, leaving the main route whenever curiosity led us toward a remote fjord, a hidden waterfall or a quiet stretch of coast. Each day brought a different Iceland: the green fields and black beaches of the south, the lonely fjords of the east, the geothermal landscapes of the north and the windswept peninsulas of the west.

These photographs tell the story of that journey - a road trip through midnight light, unpredictable weather and landscapes shaped by fire, ice, wind and water.

Standing on the jagged edge of the ancient crater, the view opens up past the striking blue waters to reveal a vast, rolling landscape stretching endlessly toward distant volcanic peaks.
